I stayed up for Sunday, put batch #3 in the oven a little while ago

I did a little ride earlier and compared Sunoco 91 at the Stewerd's on the top of Northern Drive and the same stuff over at A+ in Cohoes. A+ is 30 cents a gallon less expensive. Now I know.

This cooking thing is going to be going on for days. I don't have anything on my calendar til Thursday. I have improved on how I can clean a pepper and chop it up in equal size pieces. I did the last batch's cutting up of everything in about 90 minutes. kkkS\;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

For some reason I can't get that printing off. I got a weight belt on that is helping my back a lot.

2:40am I just stowed batch #3 in the freezer, I think I will go for another batch, the belt is helping.

4:53am #4 is coming out of the oven in a few minutes. So this process is over 2 hours because I have not started #5 yet. All set for it though. I cut all 15 peppers in 37 minutes. I found a great way to do it and I like doing it. I am going to say 5:am starts #4 out of the oven.
